He is also an instructor examiner in Security Industry Firearms/Defensive Tactics for Victoria, New South Wales, the A.C.T. and Tasmania and is the author of a number of training manuals utilised throughout Australia.

Nora is the Administration officer for SITE with 10 years experience working in the Security Industry. Nora is one of only 2 qualified female Firearms Instructors for the State of Victoria and also instructs in the Level 2 First Aid training course for the Certificate II in Security program. Qualified to deliver the Sexual Harassment, Assault & Rape Prevention (S.H.A.R.P.) program, Nora along with all our staff members is directed toward officer safety and works diligently to achieve this.

With 23 years in Industry, Graeme is our Regional Training Co-ordinator / Instructor. Graeme is a current Security Officer and Crowd Controller and Certificate II Instructor. Also accredited to instruct in Firearms, Level 2 First Aid, ASP baton, PPCT Defensive Tactics, Spontaneous Knife Defence, Interactive targets and the SHARP program.

Committed to reality based training and dedicated to officer survival training, Graeme is a member of IALEFI & ASLET, the Single action shooting society, Sporting Shooters Association and the Ballarat Arms & Militaria society.
